Privacy policy

When you book or send a form: we collect your name, email and phone number, plus what the form asks about the game: the athlete's name and jersey number, the sport and team, the date, time and place, the package and any add-ons, and anything you type in the notes. A Coach of the Month nomination also includes the coach's name, team, sport, level, town and Instagram handle, how you know them, and your story.

When you pay: Stripe collects your card or wallet details and billing information. We receive the result: your name, email, what you paid for, the amount and the payment status.

When you buy from a post game gallery or claim a free photo: we collect your name, email and phone number, so we can deliver the photo and reach you if something goes wrong. For a free photo claim, we also collect the athlete's jersey number and their Instagram or TikTok handle.

Automatically: with each form we keep the IP address, browser type and country it came from, only to block spam and repeat submissions. If you check the texts and emails box, we keep the exact words you agreed to and when.

We use it to confirm, schedule, shoot and deliver what you booked, and to text or email you about it. We also use it to answer your questions, keep records for accounting and taxes, and stop spam. We only use it to tell you when we're shooting your games and when new galleries go up if you checked the box asking for those updates.

We share it only with the companies that run the service for us, and only what they need:

Stripe processes payments and calculates sales tax. Cloudflare hosts this website, stores form submissions and delivers the emails they create. Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads.

We share information if the law requires it. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

This site has no analytics and no ad tracking. When you pay, Stripe's checkout sets its own cookies to prevent fraud. The Find my photos page remembers small things, like a closed banner, only for your visit.

The whole site runs over HTTPS. Payments run through Stripe, which is certified to the payment card industry's highest security level. Form submissions sit in a database only Michael's account can reach. Post game galleries are unlisted and kept out of search engines.

Booking and payment records stay as long as we need them for the booking and for business and tax records. Other form messages are kept only as long as they're useful. Ask any time and we'll delete anything we aren't required to keep.

Rival Imaging photographs youth games, but our forms are for parents, guardians, coaches and athletes 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 sent us something, email us and we'll delete it. How we handle photos of athletes is in the photo policy.
